- 5. Policies and Codes of Practice UnitWhen working in an educational setting it is essential to consider all policies and codes of practice related to working with children.5

Practical Guide to the Basic Postures, Breathing Techniques, Partner Poses and Mindful activities and games UnitHere you will find a visual and descriptive guide to all the practical elements you will need to include in a yoga class. You will need to know these thoroughly and be able to teach them confidently. There are so many more you can include so please refer to the resources section but please familiarise and practice these basic ones first. You can also purchase the Yoga cards for use in your class which is an excellent resource and can be a lesson in itself.7
